Online Cooking Class

We are pleased to advise you, my friends round the world. We are commencing our Online Cooking Class again in December 2020.

The pandemic has really put us to learning mode, don’t you think? Personally I have learnt so many new things. I have started to grow vegetables, herbs for our own sustainability.

Current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic has made me explore things I never thought I would do. You will laugh at me if I share some things. Things like writing and sharing lots of stuff in social media which I am not very good at, except putting up photos of my activities, fun and families. (Yes, some of you have met my families).

I went around town to video and talk about it, which I am not very good but still do it. Anyway, I gather up enough courage to learn how to teach online.

So what is online cooking class? What do I offer?

Online cooking class means, we hope to gather 2 to 100 (I am kidding) people to watch and listen to me teaching and cooking LIVE. You will watch me prepare ingredients, proper washing and preparation before cooking. You get to ask questions. This is an Open Class by invitation upon confirmation of payment where we may have 2 or more people watching.

Here are the schedule:

Every Monday starting 30th November 2020 (Open Class).
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am.  2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
Beef Rendang and Egg Omelette. 2 dishes for RM120 per persons.
We open the class with 2 or more person.

Every Tuesday starting 1st December 2020 (Open Class).
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am. 2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
Kapitan Chicken Curry and 1 Vegetables stir fries.
2 dishes for RM120 per persons. We open the class with 2 or more person.

Every Wednesday starting 2nd December (Private Class).
a) Tempeh Making. (RM150 per person) Duration : 1 hour.
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am. 2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.

1 week advance booking is required for preparation several stages for you to see and able to complete sharing the process within 1 hour.
Firstly, do check out what is Tempeh and how nutritious it is for you.
We share using 2 types of beans to prepare Tempeh. Soaking, washing, steaming and packing ready for fermentation.
1 recipe given how to cook Tempeh the Malaysian way.

b) Kompucha Making. (RM120 per person) Duration: 1 hour
You will be shown preparation of 1st Fermentation and 2nd Fermentation process. Then you can enjoy for life, a home made probiotic, clean and safe. Also you will cut down sugar intake. Do leant and find out how to prepare home brews.
c. Any request from you will be considered

Every Thursday starting 3rd December 2020 (Open Class).
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am. 2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
Spicy and sour Fish curry and 1 Vegetables stir fries
2 dishes for RM120 per person. We open the class with 2 or more person.

Every Friday starting 4th December 2020 (Open class)
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am. 2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
