Online Cooking Class

We are pleased to advise you, my friends round the world. We are commencing our Online Cooking Class in October 2020. I know you have been waiting for some time now. Some good faithful guest kept asking why I am taking so long. Well, it is because I am not very good to teaching online and not sure how to go about it.

Current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic has made me explore things I never thought I would do. You will laugh at me if I share some things I have to learn to get to this point. Things like writing and sharing lots of stuff in social media which I am not very good at, except putting up photos of my activities, fun and families. (Yes, some of you have met my families).

I went around town to video and talk on it, which I am not very good but still do it. Anyway, I gather up enough courage to learn how to teach online.

So what is online cooking class?

Online cooking class means, we hope to gather 2 to 100 (I am kidding) people to watch and listen to me teaching and cooking LIVE. You will watch me prepare ingredient, proper washing cutting to cook. You get to ask questions. This is an Open Class by invitation upon confirmation of payment where we may have 2 or more people watching. Fee per person is RM120.

Another would be a private cooking class. It also means, you pay more as you and your family may be the only people getting to watch me. You can either watch me prepare to cook which is RM300 per person.

Or, as it is a private class, you can buy the ingredients, prepare and cook along with me. RM 500 per person.

If you are keen, write to us. A link will be sent to you after payment on the timing stated here. Either 10am in the morning or 6pm in the evening, Malaysian time. We hope we have make it easy for you to want to learn.

Here are the schedule:

5th October (Open Class).
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am.  2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
Penang Nyonya Assam Laksa .
Fee per person: RM120. We open the class with 2 or more person.

6th October (Open Class).
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am. 2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
Roti Chanai with Chicken Curry.
Fee per person: RM120. We open the class with 2 or more person.

7th and 9th October (Private Class).
a) Private class – Me cook, you watch, meaning one to one.  Fee: RM300. Food selection: 1 dish.
Duration :  1.5 hours.
b) Private class – You and me cook along. It also mean you purchased all the ingredient ready for a cook along. Fee: RM500. Food selection: 1 dish.
Duration : 2 hours
c) Private class – You and me cook along. It also mean you purchased all the ingredient ready for a cook along. Fee: RM700. Food selection: 2 dishes.
Duration: 3 hours

8th October (Open Class).
Time: Malaysia time: 1st session: 10 to 11am. 2nd session: 6 to 7 pm.
Mee Goreng
Fee per person: RM120. We open the class with 2 or more person.

Open class days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Malaysian time: 9am to 10am or 6 to 7pm.
